The Academy’s mission: to become a center for generating and implementing business ideas and startup projects in the agro-industrial complex.
The Academy’s goal: to create a knowledge-intensive ecosystem by focusing on academic, scientific, and educational activities and creating an entrepreneurial infrastructure in the agro-industrial complex.
To achieve this goal, the CTKA Academy must address the following tasks:
Educational – creating an entrepreneurial environment and shaping an entrepreneurial culture;
Academic – changing the educational process and orienting it toward project-based activities by developing interdisciplinary modules;
Scientific and practical – creating conditions for experimental and practical activities, developing initiatives by research teams, and commercializing the results of research, social, and business projects;
Organizational support – creation of a scientific-experimental and scientific-methodological base, experimental platforms, a coworking center, and provision of additional opportunities for research teams;
Interaction with business and business support institutions – consulting support for start-ups, retraining and training of teaching staff in the basics of business by leading business coaches, successful entrepreneurs, and business support institutions.
